Zack Condry is the co-founder of Watermark Strategies, a strategic communications firm that helps organizations and individuals with executive positioning, significant crises, regulatory obstacles, reputation management challenges, and critical problems. 

Prior to Watermark, Zack founded and operated the corporate digital firm Echo, where he and his team advised clients and designed strategies across sectors, including transportation, financial services, retail, sports & entertainment, and higher education. 

Previously, he was a senior digital leader at Brunswick Group and Edelman focusing on crisis, reputation management, public affairs, and digital engagement. 

Zack led digital strategy for the effort that won PRWeek’s award for 2015 Internal Communications Campaign of the Year. In 2017, Zack was the digital lead and one of the senior advisors for a client’s response to the first-ever FDA recall of a connected medical device. He has created crisis playbooks for numerous prominent corporate clients.

Before working in corporate communications, Zack managed political campaigns in several states and later served as a digital strategist for many high-profile organizations and campaigns.

During his stint in politics, Zack received two awards from Campaigns & Elections magazine, the “Rising Star” and a “Top 50 Influencer in American Politics.” Zack has been a guest lecturer on digital crisis communications and political strategy at George Washington University, Georgetown University, The University of Tennessee, and Google’s DC headquarters.
